Wren Tran Ryder is a Lighting & Sound Designer from Colorado. She is also the Assistant Technical Director at the Parsons Theatre in Northglenn, Colorado, just North of Denver. Wren is passionate about curating a different perspective for her team and audience by light, sound, and more. Wren finds the best theatre is created with frequent collaboration and cross-pollination between the design areas. Her love of theatre originates in that it necessitates both creative and logical thinking.

Wren has a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Northern Colorado with dual emphases in Lighting and Sound Design. She also has a minor in German and a Certificate of Arts Entrepreneurship.​

Outside of the theatre, Wren is interested in gardening, hiking, cooking, and art. It is deeply important to her to leave the world a better place than how she found it.
